series autoclaves are made of 10 gauge aluminium. The drum is deep drawn &
the ring on top is riveted. The lid is made by casting. Locking of lid by 6 nuts
with rubber gasket seal in between (no metal to metal seal). Two safety valves,
pressure gauge, flexible metal tubing to exhaust air. Includes outer stand, inner
aluminium container, inner tripod stand.

Top
quality sturdy unit made of 6 Gauge aluminium. The drum and lid are drawn in a
press without any joints. Locking by turning Lid into the grooves (As in pressure
cooker). Thin rubber gasket in between for effective sealing. Equiped with Pressure
guage, stop cock, safety valve, steam release knob, vacuum release knob, inner
container, inner & outer stand. Sterilizing Temperature- 120 deg C- 135 deg.
C with sterilizing time of of 25-30 minutes or as required.

Size 400 mm dia x 600 mm depth.
If is fitted with 18 KW electric heaters to finish the sterilization within 6
minutes of achieving the desired pressure of 2.2 kg/cm and corresponding saturated
steam temperature of 134oC. Primarily it is interdeed for emergency sterilization
of unwrapped surgical instruments and other components.

20 psi. (adjustable). Sturdy double walled contruction with boiler/inner chamber
made of stainless steel of 18 SWG sheet, Outer shell is made of mild steel finished
with powder coated paints. Supplied complete with S.S. basket, cord and plug to
work on 220 Volts, 50 cycles AC supply.
